At Skincare by Dr V, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship via a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
